The main purpose of this website is to explain what we can do for you.  But there are one or two things that we shall need you to do to make your Internet Shop work.

We will of course need full details of all the products you wish to sell, along with pictures and prices, and how you want to be paid.  If, as is probable, you wish to take payment by credit or debit card, then you will need a merchant account, or a facility with an on-line bank.

If you want us to maintain the site once it is built, this stream of product information needs to be ongoing.

And you must have Internet access of your own.  You need this in order to download your sales orders, and to send and receive e-mail.  Pretty much any dial-up account should serve this purpose.  The very fact that you are viewing this website now no doubt means you already have suitable access.

With this, you may have web space suitable to accommodate your store.  If not, we can supply space on a commercial server.  This is not used by dial-up subscribers, so it is likely to be faster and more reliable than "free" or bundled web space, and is not expensive.  This also gives you access to vital web statistics, enabling you to analyse your web traffic.

And of course, having received your sales orders, you need to process them and despatch the goods.
